Spring has sprung, and we are celebrating by releasing our 2011 Inspirado!

Inspirado means inspired in Spanish and we call it that because Celia has no recipe for our red blend of Bordeaux varietals. The composition is different every vintage because she creates our Inspirado from the blend that tasted the very best to her. It is always Cabernet Sauvignon based but what she decides to blend into it is what is speaking to her palate.

We know you will enjoy the 2011 Inspirado with many different foods and we encourage you to branch out. Yes, it would pair fabulously with a ribeye steak or leg of lamb but its full, bright berries would both complement and compliment any savory dish. Enjoy!
